Symphony of the Seas – Royal Caribbean announces new ship!
There’s nothing more exciting to me than Royal Caribbean teasing a new ship release! Today the 4* cruise line announced that the next ship to join their fleet would be called Symphony of the Seas.
Symphony of the Seas – the 4th Oasis Class Ship
Symphony of the Seas will be an Oasis Class ship and she follows a sterling reputation from her big sisters Oasis of the Seas, Allure of the Seas and Harmony of the Seas (which I sailed on last year – read my review HERE!). But like Harmony of the Seas, Symphony of the Seas will feature more than her other older sisters. She is a hybrid ship with features from both the Oasis Class and the Quantum Class. She will also feature Royal Caribbean favourites including the Ultimate Abyss, the Bionic Bar and the delicious Jamie’s Italian.
Symphony of the Seas – the World’s largest Cruise Ship
Symphony of the Seas will be ever so slightly bigger than her sister Harmony and will take the crown of the World’s Largest Ship once built. The ship will feature many stateroom types with everything from inside cabins right up to luxurious two-level suites.
Symphony of the Seas – New Firsts at Sea
At the moment, Royal Caribbean are yet to announce the ships exciting new features but following their fantastic reputation for innovation – I’ve no doubt that Symphony’s new features will blow our socks off! I can’t wait for the teasers to come!
Symphony of the Seas Itineraries
Sailing from April 2018, Symphony of the Seas will do her first season in the Mediterranean before making her way to her home in Miami, Florida where Royal Caribbean have built a brand new, state of the art cruise terminal.
For now that’s all we know about this exciting new ship but one things for sure – I’m so intrigued! I’m sailing on Symphony’s big sister Allure of the Seas this year and I cannot wait to experience another amazing Oasis Class ship!
Extraordinary begins here and I can’t wait for the thrilling news that’s sure to come!
