Slimming World – The Start

Hi all, having put on weight in the past 2-3 months I wanted to do something to lose some weight the healthy way while becoming educated on food and nutrition in the process. Having heard many success stories about Slimming World, I have decided to give it a go!


I’m joining tonight and I will do my best to share my experiences with you all. I’m totally scared and terrified as I am the worst food planner ever so it’s going to be a challenge.

What I’m hoping is that once I get into the regime of the program, I will feel amazing! Because right now, I feel fat and gross. Β Like many of us do, I know but I want to change this feeling to one of positive thoughts.

The aim will be to lose 2 stone.
