Canvas Review*

I love photography and I am forever snapping moments from my life. This blog actually began as a photography blog back in 2010 and it still has a strong photography element today.

When I got approached by to try out one of their canvas’s I was thrilled. I spent hours trying to decide which one of my photographs I would like to have made into my very own wall canvas. After much debate and thought I decided I would use one of my shots from Cuba. The beach in Cuba was like heaven to me so I thought this photograph would be an amazing option.

The process of creating and ordering the canvas couldn’t have been easier. I set up my account on and got to work! I decided on a medium sized rectangular canvas and I maneuvered my photo to fit it just right. The whole process was so simple!

Having just returned home from Toronto right before Christmas I was surprised when I was told that I would have my canvas by Christmas Eve. I had expected it to arrive in January! It took about a week to come and it was delivered via courier. It was nice to know my canvas hadn’t been just posted because I was afraid it would be damaged. It was packaged up so well and came with it’s screws etc for hanging.

I was really thrilled with my canvas and how my Cuba Beach image turned out on it. The quality was so high and the image didn’t distort at all.

I’ve shown my canvas to lots of family and friends and they are all so impressed by it! Many even asked – ‘is that really your picture!?‘!! And yes, yes it is!! 😀

My only downfall of the whole process was the amount of emails I now receive from Photobox. Don’t let this put you off though (you can unsubscribe!), their canvas products are such good quality and they would make a perfect gift for yourself or that someone special in your life. You can order your own canvas print here

I’m very proud of mine.

Until next time,

  3. Absolutely love the idea of turning photos into a canvas! I’m guilty for not printing photos anymore when they’re all digital now so this is a great incentive, it looks amazing 🙂

  4. I’m really impressed with your writing skills as well as
with the layout on your blog. Is this a paid theme or did you customize it
yourself? Anyway keep up the nice quality writing,
it’s rare to see a nice blog like this one nowadays.
