Nail Art Review

Hi lovelies, I hope you are all having a great weekend? I finally got to try out some of the fab nail art items I bought during my 3 day haul last week and I wanted to share my review on these products with you all.
The Products:
Sally Hansen Nail Polish Remover
2 x Urban Outfitters Nail Polishes
Sally Hansen Nail Art Pen

The Results:
Sally Hansen Nail Polish Remover
When I was back in Ireland, I had always used Cutex Nail Polish remover but when i first moved here to Canada, this large bottle of the Sally Hansen version was only $3! I jumped at the chance to try it out. So today, I had to remove the Essie polish I was wearing. My first impression was that it actually had a nice smell and it wasn’t an overpowering chemical smell which to me is always a plus. It took a bit of time to remove the polish but my nails felt amazing after using it and they were so shiny. The remover wasn’t harsh on my nails like the Cutex version was. I was off to a good start.

Urban Outfitters Nail Polish
I love having my nails painted different colors, it strangely brings me a lot of happiness! So trying to choose two colors out of my new six colors was hard! I decided to go with the baby pink andย turquoise. When I opened the polish bottles I got blown away by the smell of fumes, it was so overwhelming. It took two coats to get the varnish into a nice bright color but it dried really quickly which is great and the colors came out great once I had applied the second coats. Here are how my nails looked after the first coat.

Sally Hansen Nail Art Pen
I wasn’t sure what to expect with this product. I wanted it to make my polka dot nail fantasies come through so I was worried I was putting to much hope into it. BUT, this pen is probably one of the best beauty items I have ever owned! It’s simple to use, neat and if it smudges, one quick wipe and you start again. It dried really fast and it has made my nail polka dreams come through! I highly recommend you all get your hands on this beauty!! It’s not to expensive either at $9.

For the rest of the weekend, I’m pretty much chillin to try not spend any money, but I have already broke my own weekend rule and bought these fab items today in Shoppers Drug Mart. I am been getting patches of dry skin over here from the cold and I am hoping this Vaseline Problem Skin cream will help. They don’t seem to have E45 cream here which would have ย been what I have always used. I’ll keep you posted on how well it works for me. I also bought this cute lip gloss which is by Essence and this months Cosmo which was a total impulse buy because I love Rachel Bilson!
That’s all for now ladies, hope you enjoyed my review! xxx
